Mr. Nethercutt will be missed by the collector car community.
In 1985, we had the honor of selling JB Nethercutt a Rolls-Royce Phantom II for $350,000, which then won Best of Show at Pebble Beach in 1993. The car was also shown at the Pebble Beach bicentennial celebration and Mr. Nethercutt turned down an offer of $1,750,000 for the car. It is now on permanent exhibition at the museum. |
