1957 Bentley S1 Saloon
Coachwork by Freestone and Webb
Chassis No. B532EG
Engine No. BE266

This exotic Freestone and Webb Bentley saloon is 1 of 13 built. It was sold new to Mrs. M.Y. Herbert Jenkins on January 15, 1958. The last owner, for twenty years, took exceptional pride and care of this important motor car. During that time it received a complete mechanical and body restoration. Restoration and maintenance receipts, totally approximately $100,000, are provided with the car. Receipts document the mileage from 30,000 miles to its present 61,000 miles.

Equipped with automatic transmission, power steering and air conditioning, the car is an absolute pleasure to drive. I can't overemphasize how nice the car performs.

It has won its concours class at the Rolls-Royce National Meet in Stevenson, Washington and was invited to the Meadow Brook Hall Concours d'Elegance.

The car retains its original complete hand toolkit, all the large tools and handbook.

The photos by the ocean were taken on a drive through Big Sur, between Pebble Beach and Santa Barbara after the Pebble Beach 2008 Concours. The ocean and sky almost match the car.
