THIS IS THE BEST DRIVING 20/25 I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. The engine was overhauled , new exhaust system installed, and the clutch replaced in 1992, when the mileage was 71,675. The clutch and transmission are in superb condition.
A log book, which came with the car, goes back to 1964 and documents the service history.
The first owner was G.L. Turner of London, England. It was imported to British Columbia, Canada in 1964 by Randy Chase. The mileage on the car at the time was 70,300. Currently it is 82,400. This car was his pride and joy even though he had another Rolls and a Packard. If he changed the oil, battery, tires, or had it tuned, it was all entered in his log. It would be hard to find another car that was so well cared for and documented. In 1992 Mr. Chase moved to Santa Barbara where the car remained in his possession until he died about eight years ago. The car then became part of a small local collection.
Paint is not perfect but very usable. I think the interior is original and will be repaired as needed.
The car comes with some hand tools, owners manual, and some other relevant books.
This is a very sporty and unique car, maybe a one off, with step plate running boards and cycle fenders which is a joy to drive.
