Rolls-Royce 1928 Phantom I Piccadilly Roadster

This 1928 Rolls-Royce Phantom I Piccadilly Roadster with rumble seat is bodied by Brewster (body #5331, engine #20166) and is one of 20 built on a Phantom I chassis.  It includes the rare third door making access to the rumble seat easier.
Delivered new on 7/7/28 to Mrs. Alexander Glass of Pittsburgh, PA, S416FL passed through several owners until acquired by Mr. Philip A. Peterson of Worcester, MA on 11/11/1968.  He completely rebuilt the car from the ground up and it won several awards between 1973 and 1980.  Bill Reynolds of Hudson , MA bought the car from Mr. Peterson's estate where it continued to win local and regional awards.  In 1998 it took the second place trophy in Touring Class at the National Rolls-Royce meet in Newport, RI.  Mr. Reynolds continued detailed service records of the car into the 21st century.
Comes complete with factory build sheets, ownership history, full service records including restoration/engine overhaul receipts totaling $45,000, handbook, and tools."
